We opened our doors, May 2004.
We are a highly dedicated group of EMS professionals.
We have over 50 years combined experience in pre-hospital emergency medicine.
Donald Benoit, Director: EMT-P, EMT Instructor Coordinator, CPR, PHTLS, ACLS, and PALS Instructor, additionally he is a Massachusetts state examiner for both the Basic and Advanced exams. His full time job is a Paramedic for North Shore Ambulance. Don has been conducting training in the EMS field for over 20 years. Don is determined to make this business not only a success but for it to turnout quality EMT's into the field that will be a valuable addition to the EMS community.
Carol L. Benoit, Administrator & Finance Officer: EMT-I, EMT Instructor Coordinator, CPR and First responder Instructor, additionally she is a Massachusetts state examiner for both the Basic and Advanced exams.
All of our instructors and assistants are certified EMT, EMT-Intermediates or Paramedics with field experience. This brings real life knowledge and experience to our classes.
We teach at many different locations in central and western Massachusetts.
